Eric Shafer, 
owner of Click and Create, has been a trainer and developer of technology solutions for over 15 years.  Through his experience Click and Create has developed a complete web development process that ensures each customer's needs are met. 

Eric is a former project manager (PMP) from Shell Oil.  As such, Eric brings a repeatable quality to all the projects Click and Create tackles.  As a high school teacher, flight instructor, embedded operating system developer and project manager, Eric has seen IT projects from all sides. 

Eric has served on the board of ASTD as the VP of technology and runs 2 monthly special interest groups: the Houston Web Design Meetup Group and the Houston DotNetNuke Meetup Group.

Throughout his career, Eric has always focused on ensuring that people, product and process are all  engaged to create winning solutions.
